Understanding the Hawaii tourism market has been a constant theme in my career. Through various senior executive management roles I was able to bring Hawaii’s travel industry out of its downturn in '09 and '10 while working for the state with the Hawaii Tourism Authority.

 

I've successfully implemented strategies to grow air seat inventory while diversifying the in-bound markets and worked with Japan Airlines to develop their Jaloalo program.  Through these roles, I've also been fortunate to be involved in developing events like the Hawaii Bowl and Diamond Head Classic with ESPN and to provide guidance and partnership synergies for the development of the Hawaii Food & Wine Festival.

 

Through my experience and network, I am often seen as a relationship builder and collaborator that can help in developing marketing and promotions synergies to effectively and efficiently make an impact to the bottom line.
